The BOD Incubator is a specialized laboratory device designed for precise temperature control in biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) testing. It ensures stable conditions for accurate microbial and biochemical analyses, making it essential for environmental and wastewater studies.
CONSTRUCTION
Double walled construction, Inner chamber made of Stainless Steel 304 grade & Outer chamber made of Mild Steel powder coated.

The chamber is insulated by filling CFC Free Polyurethane foam (PUF) or high temperature glass wool in the space between outer body and chamber to prevent temperature loss.
Double door - Outer metal body & Inner Acrylic Door.
Inner door - made of imported transparent Acrylic which is useful to view inner sample without opening the door and loss of temperature.
Outer door with magnetic gasket & proper handle, lock & key.
